4x4 Off Road driving
A 4 x 4 off-road driving experience is great fun for both beginners and more experienced off road drivers. With off-road centres situated in some wonderful parts of the countryside, participants can enjoy learning a new and exciting skill amidst spectacular scenery.
A 4 x 4 off-road lesson typically lasts for an hour, during which a full safety briefing will be given as well as instructions on how to drive a 4 x 4 vehicle. Customers will then move to the rough terrain of the off-road course, learning to traverse rugged tracks, muddy trails, hills and descents. No previous experience of driving an off-road vehicle is necessary as lessons are tailored to the individual's level. While everyone will be able to enjoy the off road courses, more advanced drivers will progress to more challenging circuits and learn to negotiate more difficult tracks.
In many venues, a session of off-road driving can be combined with other activities for an action-packed day out. Multi-activity centres can also offer events such as quad biking, paintballing or clay pigeon shooting, and a full day of these activities can be ideal for a corporate event or a special party for a group of friends.
